What the Seat Owns
The seat chairs the Independent Investment Committee and owns capital allocation, regulatory compliance, LP relations, and exits.
Day 1
A validated pipeline, a diligence process already built and running, and supervised analyst capacity.
What the Seat Carries
GP capital at risk alongside LPs and a direct purchase of the stake, with the balance earned against fund milestones. No salary is attached.

A fund veteran with real operational depth. A corporate venture director. A university tech transfer lead. A mid-market partner ready to build the thing rather than wait for it.
Where the Pipeline Comes From
Pipeline originates with Operant Venture Studio, an Arizona nonprofit corporation that runs diagnostic intake, operational sprints, and milestone validation against a defined, objective standard.
The Studio produces a validation record. The Garage evaluates it independently and makes its own decision.
